Trains at Filton Abbey Wood - Saturday 27th August, 2022

Saturday 27th August, 2022, saw us take a visit back to Filton Abbey Wood railway station for the first time in five years since September 2017, and our main goal on the weekend was to catch the 'GBRf Staff Charter' railtour with Class 50s hauling it from Warrington Bank Quay to Paignton.
We filmed mostly HST sets rather than the regular DMU sets, including a CrossCountry HST heading from Leeds to Plymouth, and two GWR HST sets passing each other in platforms 3 and 4. Eventually, 50049 and 50007 passed through platform 1 with the railtour, making a tremendous noise as they passed through.
Two additional shots were filmed at Lockleaze Road railway bridge, a location in North Bristol that we've never been to before, as we were walking from Filton to Bristol at this point, and stopped for a few minutes rest.
We also managed to catch a fox scurrying across the tracks, but thankfully, it left the mainline before a Voyager came through at speed.
