With 2026 being the 50th anniversary (1976-2026) of the introduction of the iconic High Speed Train (HST), Rail Adventure run their fully-outshopped Inter-City Swallow-Liveried HST set on 'The Journey Shrinker' railtour charter, running from London Paddington to Swansea, briefly stopping at Cardiff Central to pick up passengers on Platform 3A.

Once a regular sight to see on the Great Western Railway running passenger services from London to Swansea, the iconic HST set makes a rare reappearance in South Wales, with fully outshopped classic livery to really show just how iconic the 125s really were for over five decades.
