Two trains pass through Pontypool & New Inn, on the afternoon of Tuesday 31st October, 2017.
First, a carriage stock move consisting of Ex-Virgin Trains carriages, with one carriage being an entirely different colour, is seen being taken through the Welsh Marches by a DRS Class 68 (68025 'Superb'). The stock was heading from Laira Tmd Fuel Road to Crewe C.S (L&Nwr Site).
Then, an Ex-DRS Class 66 (66413) which is now in Freightliner service, is seen passing through New Inn with a steel freight train, while a two carriage Class 175 Arriva Trains Wales unit is seen leaving the station to the left.
