LT 20227 & 40106 in Torrential Rain - Kidderminster - 16/05/21
Player
Description
In absolutely heavy and torrential rain during the thunderstorm at Severn Valley Railway, visiting guest loco 20227, in London Transport livery, leads a Bewdley shuttle service into Kidderminster, with home fleet loco 40106 seen in tow at the rear of the train.
The rain was absolutely hammering it down, and the rain drops can be seen splashing down on the surrounding puddles and even bouncing off the roofs of the coaches and locomotives. Needless to say, we don't film in the heavy rain very often!
Filmed by Scott Coombes, on Sunday 16th May, 2021.
