RHTT Duty and 'The Cheshireman' at Pontypool & New Inn - 13/11/21
Player
Description
On a cold November morning, Colas Rail 66846 & 66848 were seen on the Swindon Transfer to Swindon Transfer RHTT Duty, running approximately 76 minutes early than usual.
Not long afterwards, the first of two steam tour specials pass through the station. LNER Peppercorn 60163 'Tornado' is seen hauling 'The Cheshireman' railtour, which was heading from Bristol Temple Meads to Chester. WCRC 57314 was on the back of the train.
This video also provides a new 'subtitles information' test that we have been intending to do for some time now, and I felt today was the best time to try it out.
