Filmed from the road bridge at Pontypool & New Inn, West Coast Class 47s are seen top and tailing a 'Saltburn Railtours' charter named the 'Bath Spa Express', which was running on a lengthy journey from Saltburn to Bath Spa.

The charter was running via Derby and Uttoxeter, before joining on the Welsh Marches mainline through Crewe and Hereford, and it would later take the route to Bath, travelling via Chepstow and Gloucester, as the Severn Tunnel route is closed off for track relaying maintenance.
