Empress, Rosyth and Illingworth at Furnace Sidings - PBR - 14/09/19
Player
Description
On a beautiful and sunny autumn day, 3061 'Empress', 'Roysth No. 1' and 1208 'Illingworth', (which is named 'Harold') are seen leaving Furnace Sidings and heading for the Whistle Inn, with Empress leading the train, and both Rosyth and Harold pushing at the back of the train, double headed together.
'Illingworth', which was visiting from the Embsay and Bolton Railway, is named 'Harold', because this was its original name when it worked in Ebbw Vale many years ago.
Filmed by Thomas Coombes on Saturday 14th September, 2019.
