First up, filmed at Harrow, is GBRf 69008 hauling Greater Anglia 720511 northbound.

Now at Watford, we see LSL 43049 + 43050 passing with Mk3 41183, en route to Eastleigh. 050 would come out in a new livery.

Finally, Freightliner 90044 + 90008 pass with a northbound intermodal service.
