Anglia Main Line Freight Trains in August 2026

Another collection of freight trains in the Manningtree area during August 2026.

Of note is the pair of class 70s at Brantham with 6M53 on 7th August that passed me unnoticed at the time as it was so dark. 70003 was on the inside with the mystery 70 being attached at Parkeston for the return to Tunstead.

28th August was the last time The Tunstead to Ipswich Griffin Wharf circuit ran, probably because infrastructure trains for the Sizewell C Project commenced the week after.
