More networkers get sent for scrap

On 1 May 2025, two ex-Southeastern Class 465/2 electric multiple units, 465240 and 465248, were transported to South Wales for scrapping. The train was hauled by a Rail Operations Group class 37 diesel locomotive, ROG 37884, on the 08:58 service from Ely Papworth Sidings to Newport Docks, operating under headcode 5Q76. The movement was captured at Letchworth Garden City.
