On the 10th of June 2019 i spent the day in the Daugavpils area, close to Belarus border to see the Belarusian 2TE10 locos working the huge freight trains to and from the border. As is typical it seems in the baltic states many of the wagons have huge wheel flats. Oh and the 2TE10s clag well as you will see in one clip!
