Description
On the 22nd of July I visited various locations on the line to Westerland - Niebull, Klanxbull & Morsum to get different shots of the variety traffic that runs along here. Sadly the weather was rather typical of this area - mid summer and pouring down with rain and blowing a gale, this didn't stop me going out for some reason as it wasn't pleasant! The locos seen are 218s, 245 Diesel TRAXX, 247 Diesel Vectron & MaK 251s all working shuttles. Also seen is a G1206 hauling one of the few freight trains that run up this line which was a good bonus. Typically the sun came out pretty much as i was finished for the day!

Enjoy!
